Pipeline Settings¶
Configure your sales pipelines, stages, automations, and transition rules.
Accessing Pipeline Settings¶
Go to Settings > CRM > Pipeline Settings
Configuring Stages¶
Each pipeline has a series of stages that leads move through.
Adding a Stage¶
- Click Add Stage
- Enter the stage name (e.g., "Qualification", "Proposal Sent")
- Choose a color for the stage (used on the pipeline board)
- Set the probability % — the likelihood of winning a deal at this stage (used for forecasting)
- Click Save
Reordering Stages¶
Drag stages using the handle on the left to reorder them. The order defines the left-to-right flow on the pipeline board.
Editing or Removing a Stage¶
- Click the edit icon on a stage to change its name, color, or probability
- Click delete to remove a stage (only if no leads are in that stage)
- Use the toggle to deactivate a stage without deleting it
Multiple Pipelines¶
Multiple pipelines are always available — no toggle to switch on. Create additional pipelines when your organization runs different sales processes for different types of deals (see Pipeline for examples).
- Click New Pipeline here, or use Add New Pipeline from the pipeline chooser on the Deals page
- Each pipeline has its own stages — configure stages separately for each
- Set one pipeline as Default — deals created without a chosen pipeline land here
Advanced Analytics¶
Detailed pipeline analytics — the sales funnel, stage velocity, win-rate trends, and source performance — are always available. Open them from the CRM area; there's nothing to enable.
Advanced Features¶
These toggles control additional pipeline capabilities:
Stage Automations¶
When enabled, you can set up automatic actions that trigger when a deal enters or exits a stage.
- Go to Settings > CRM > Stage Automations to configure
- Example: Send a notification to the sales manager when a deal enters the "Negotiation" stage
Transition Rules¶
When enabled, you can define rules for stage transitions — such as requiring certain fields to be filled or requiring manager approval before moving a deal to a specific stage.
- Go to Settings > CRM > Transition Rules to configure
- Example: Require "budget" field to be filled before a deal can move from "Discovery" to "Proposal"
